Pattern Atelier Studio – Shipping Policy

Digital Products (PDF Patterns & Downloads) Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing a secure download link. Downloads are typically available immediately after payment is confirmed.

If you do not receive your download link within 1 hour of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us. If you continue to experience issues, contact us at admin@patternatelierstudio.com and we will resolve it within 2 business days.

Physical Patterns Physical printed patterns are dispatched from our studio in the UK. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification by email once your order has been sent.

Domestic (UK) Standard tracked delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch Express tracked delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

International We ship internationally via a mix of Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD, depending on destination and service selected at checkout. All international orders are sent on a fully tracked service. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that international delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, or unforeseen delays. Pattern Atelier Studio is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. Digital products incur no shipping charge.

Lost or Delayed Orders All orders are dispatched on a fully tracked service. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at admin@patternatelierstudio.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and keep you updated on the outcome.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Pattern Atelier Studio cannot be held responsible for orders dispatched to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
